No restocking fee will apply to website purchases. The $5.00 shipping fee that you were charged is non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping and insurance.

We reserve the right to refuse or reduce the amount of a return at our discretion in the following circumstances:

1. When it is apparent that you substituted coins that were sent, or if the coins arrive damaged due to poor packaging on the return.

2. When the price of silver drops more than 10% from the time of your purchase, (and you are returning silver coins)

3. When you have returned 3 or more purchases in the last 12 months.
