To make shopping possible at Mike's Coins, we gather a variety of information about our customers but only when you're ready to buy coins from us and only for our own private use. We may collect personal information such as:

Through Paypal, we use a Secure Order Form for you to purchase our coins. On it, we collect contact information and financial information. Contact information is used to process and ship orders and is also used to get in touch with you if there's a question about your order. Financial information is used to bill you for products that you order. We maintain a purchase history for each customer so that we can track shipment of your order and to provide a high level of personalized customer service. 

We don't store your credit card number on our computers. After you enter or call in your credit card number, it is used to process your order. It is NOT entered into our customer database and stored for future purchases or for any other reason. Unless we need to cooperate with a fraud, law enforcement, or other official investigation, we do not, and will not, share any of this information with any third party without your permission.

We pledge not to sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone without your permission. We may use your mailing address to send you promotional ads from time to time. We use a program called Constant Contact to send you promotional emails. You may opt out of either mail fliers or email specials at any time.
